Our story began in the aftermath of the 2008 real estate market collapse — one of the most turbulent periods in modern housing history. Faced with an industry in crisis, we made a decisive choice: to evolve. Rather than stepping back, we repositioned our business toward a more sustainable and impactful model, one that directly addressed the urgent needs of homeowners across our community.
At a time when many homeowners found themselves unable to sell their properties due to plummeting market values, we recognized a critical gap in available solutions. We stepped in with professional rental management services, offering struggling homeowners a viable, income-generating alternative to an impossible sale. What began as a response to a market crisis quickly became the cornerstone of everything we do.

John Malozsak, Designated Broker
John Malozsak, owner of Suburban Real Estate Group, relocated to the U.S. from Europe in the mid-1980s with his mother, bringing with him a strong foundation of hard work and determination. He spent much of his adult life in Southern California, where he launched multiple successful ventures in the automotive industry—designing and building custom cars that earned national recognition and appeared in international publications. He also worked on several major motion pictures and, most importantly, encountered a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.
In 1992, John married his best friend and ministry partner, Cheri. Together, they raised two entrepreneurial children and eventually relocated to Arizona in 2005 to help launch a local church. While serving their community, John pursued another passion—real estate. Quickly rising through the ranks, he was named “Rookie of the Year” at his first brokerage and soon after launched his own company in 2009.
Founded on faith, family values, and innovation, Suburban Real Estate Group was created as complete real estate solutions for real estate services. Today, the company specializes in single-family home sales and property management in Sahuarita, Green Valley, Vail, and Corona De Tucson, helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their goals.
