• Safety & Compliance — Smoke detectors, locks, and code items that can hold up leasing — or create liability — if left unaddressed.
• Photo Readiness — Small staging and cleanup suggestions that make a real difference once the property hits the listing photos.

How It Works

1. Schedule your walkthrough. Reach out and we'll set a time to visit the property in person — before any contract is signed.
2. We walk the property with you. One of our team members tours the property, room by room and outside as well, noting anything that affects how it shows or rents.
3. You get a written list of recommendations. Clear, prioritized suggestions — what matters most, what's optional, and roughly what it would take to address each item.
4. You decide what to fix, and when. There's no obligation to act on every item or to sign with us afterward — the goal is simply to help your property earn what it's worth.
